Shipping & Returns

The delivery takes place - by post or forwarding agency - through sending to the address declared by the buyer. Part deliveries are allowed, as far as they are reasonable to the buyer.

For the delivery the entire purchase price payment is a condition, untill other is agreed. We deliver immediately after payment entrance on our account. Should longer delivery times be necessary exceptionally, the customer is immediately informed.

The buyer carries the costs of the sending from the place of the establishment of the shop assistant; unless, they cross an adequate relation to the value of the object of delivery. The forwarding expenses are directed after the order value and count only to Germany. With an order value less than 150,- EUR we calculate a forwarding expenses interest of 5,95 EUR per delivery. From 150,- EUR we deliver free of forwarding costs.

Right of return. The buyer can send back all articles, without information of reasons, within 1 month after the delivery. The timely sending belongs to the term protection. Articles are excluded from it which were made especially for the customer or were ordered.

If the product is returned, the return must be packed in such a way that no damage originates. We compensate a credit originating from the return immediately. The customer gets back his money.

With a goods value less than 40,- EUR the postage costs of the return go to loads of the customer. Please, do not send in this case the delivery "not free" (not free signifies: Postage pays back receiver) to us. Parcels of this kind are not accepted by us and go back at the owners expense.

Return results. In case of a return the bill of sale becomes frail(invalid). With used or damaged product we are entitled to require value substitute. This does not count if the deterioration of the products had been possible exclusively on their check - how they to you possibly in the retail shop, is to be led back. For the rest, you can avoid the value obligation to indemnify, while you do not take the product like an owner in use and omit from everything what impairs their value.
